1. Products & Advice
CDS22 products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare professional if you have medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in NZD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing or promotional offers at any time. Your order is accepted once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
3. Shipping
We ship within New Zealand. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. We take reasonable care to maintain product quality during handling and transport. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns & Refunds
For safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened supplements. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days so we can put it right.
5. Subscriptions (“Subscribe & Save”)
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method at the interval you choose. You may pause or cancel your subscription in your account at any time before the next renewal date.

7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
